- Order and initial design
- Each door is custom made. The minimum order is one door. A first design direction is free and is usually provided within one working day.
- Production
- 35–45 days from drawing approval and receipt of the deposit. Standard orders take about 35 days; complex orders about 45 days. Shipping time is additional.
- Payment
- 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. Quotes are in US dollars.
- Delivery basis
- EXW at our factory in Wuyi. Freight, duties, local transport and installation are excluded unless stated in the quotation.
- Inspection and packaging
- Quality is checked at every production step. Finished-door photos and video are sent before shipping. Factory inspections or video visits can be arranged. Packing uses blankets, foam and wooden crates.
- Installation
- Customers appoint local installers. We provide drawings and remote guidance.
- Two-year warranty
- The whole-door warranty runs for two years from shipment. It covers the frame, lock, lock body, cylinder, latch, profiles and paint finish. Damage caused by people is excluded. For covered damage not caused by people, we supply replacement parts and cover parts, shipping and local labour.
- Dealer samples and protection
- A showroom sample door is priced the same as a regular order. Once it is on display in your showroom, we take 5% off each later order until the sample door's cost is returned. City protection starts at 200 doors annually; its duration is agreed by both parties.
- Miniature samples
- A scaled door sample using the actual construction is USD 800. A 20 × 20 cm carved and painted aluminium sample costs about USD 50.
